Biography
Bettina Portmann, MD , is a specialist in internal medicine with a specialization in emergency medicine and ultrasound medicine, a pharmacologist and a doctor of natural sciences (PhD). She completed her clinical training at Swiss university hospitals, where she also worked in clinical research in Switzerland and abroad. During her doctorate, she isolated human stem cells from placentas and umbilical cords and transformed them into various tissues – work that has shaped her passion for tissue regeneration to this day. This scientific depth forms the foundation of her commitment to aesthetic medicine: as a specialist in biostimulation and rejuvenation, she combines state-of-the-art medical knowledge with a precise, evidence-based treatment approach – always with the aim of offering her patients the most effective and innovative treatments.
