Sexual performance in men can be reduced for various reasons. Affected men suffer greatly from their reduced potency and look for ways to permanently regain a healthy libido. Men usually shy away from surgical interventions, as these are not only painful, but are also often accompanied by risks. The G-Shot is an effective alternative for increasing men’s sexual performance sustainably and effectively in a minimally invasive way.

For this procedure, your body’s own blood is collected, processed and then injected into the limb. This gentle method has become established over the last few years and does not require any incisions, pain or downtime. The autologous blood contains regenerating growth factors that promote blood circulation in the penis and stimulate the vessels in the erectile tissue to grow. The G-Shot treatment therefore triggers the body’s own healing process, which ensures improved sexual performance.

Frequently asked questions about the treatment of erectile dysfunction (G-Shot)

General information on the treatment of erectile dysfunction (G-Shot)

What is the G-Shot?

The G-Shot is a highly effective treatment method for improving sexual performance in men. It is not an operation, but a gentle injection that does not require incisions, anesthesia or downtime. Ageing processes or certain illnesses can lead to reduced sexual stamina and dwindling libido. The G-Shot offers a targeted solution for improving male potency.

Is the G-Shot a natural treatment method?

The G-Shot is composed exclusively of active ingredients that we have extracted from your body’s own blood. This makes the treatment a natural procedure based on special technical optimizations. By centrifuging the blood, its liquid and solid components are separated from each other. The liquid components, known as PRP, are then injected into the penis without any further additives.

How can blood heal the body?

PRP contains a highly concentrated composition of healing and regenerative active ingredients. We make use of these and inject them specifically into the male member. The erectile tissue is dependent on this healing effect due to ageing processes or diseases. After the autologous blood has been injected, it will develop its regenerative effect over the course of the next few weeks and lead to a significant improvement in sexual performance.

Is erectile dysfunction treatment with the G-Shot suitable for me?

In general, G-Shot injections can be used on any man who wants to improve his sexual stamina and desire. Sex life is intensified by the autologous blood treatment and unpleasant symptoms such as a flaccid member or premature ejaculation can be remedied. After the injection, it can often be observed that not only stamina increases, but also factors such as penis length and thickness.

The treatment of erectile dysfunction with the G-Shot is particularly suitable for you if

  • you want increased sexual stamina and libido.
  • the penis should become thicker and longer.
  • prostate complaints are present.
  • You often ejaculate prematurely.
  • you want to reduce or stop taking certain medications (e.g. Viagra).
  • you suffer from Peyronie’s disease (curvature of the penis).
  • surgical treatment is not an option for you, but you would like a gentle, proven effective method.

How safe is the treatment of erectile dysfunction?

The G-Shot is a very safe method. Only the body’s own blood is used for injections without any additives. Allergic reactions or other intolerance reactions are therefore ruled out. We use certified, sterile disposable material for preparation.

Who is allowed to perform an injection with the G-Shot?

The effect of PRP is now widely known, so that various centers throughout Europe are involved in this treatment. For an effective increase in sexual performance, you should consult an experienced specialist who has been carrying out autologous blood treatments for many years. Dr. Köhler has been familiar with PRP therapy and shock wave therapy for more than nine years.

Can the G-Shot help with Peyronie's disease?

Up to 10 % of adult men suffer from Peyronie’s disease. The problem is that this disease cannot be clearly distinguished from other disorders. It particularly affects the connective tissue on the penis, which is damaged by severe chronic inflammation. This results in unpleasant hardening with retractions, pain at rest, painful erections or erectile dysfunction. The men affected often suffer greatly from Peyronie’s disease, both physically and psychologically. Unfortunately, even medication or surgical procedures cannot promise success. The G-Shot, on the other hand, is ideal for treating Peyronie’s disease, ideally in combination with shock wave therapy. The healing growth factors in the patient’s own blood can target the cause of the inflammation and heal it sustainably. To enhance the treatment result, we can supplement the G-Shot treatment at the prevention-center Zurich with qualified shock wave therapy.

What side effects can be caused by the G-Shot?

To date, no lasting side effects have been reported for the treatment of erectile dysfunction with the G-Shot, which means that the injection has established itself as a very safe method. In rare cases, small hematomas, redness or swelling around the injection site may occur temporarily.

Why did I recently hear about the G-Shot for the first time?

In medicine, it often takes a little longer for certain procedures to become established. This is primarily to protect the safety of our customers, which is particularly important to us. The possibilities of autologous blood treatment have been researched for 50 years. Numerous studies and medical procedures have proven the success of treating erectile dysfunction with the G-Shot, so that this form of therapy can now be used in cosmetic surgery without hesitation. Customers can expect the greatest effect if they consult an experienced doctor who uses state-of-the-art technology. We are happy to put our many years of experience at your disposal and take the time for a detailed consultation.

How long does the effect of a G-Shot last?

The durability of the treatment effect depends on the individual conditions and circumstances of the customer. Experience has shown that our customers can enjoy the treatment results for around 2 years.

How often can the treatment of erectile dysfunction with the G-Shot be repeated?

As the G-Shot is purely the body’s own material, the injection can usually be repeated as often as required.

Course of treatment for erectile dysfunction (G-Shot)

How does the treatment of erectile dysfunction work?

The treatment of erectile dysfunction with the G-Shot takes place on an outpatient basis in our clinic and takes about an hour in total. No special preparation or follow-up work is required on the part of the client. Dr. Köhler will take sufficient time in advance to examine the symptoms and clarify any questions the customer may have. In the next step, a small amount of blood is taken, which we prepare using special technical procedures in order to obtain the effective PRP. While the blood is being centrifuged, we apply an anesthetic cream to the limb to make the treatment particularly gentle. After the anesthetic cream has taken effect, we can inject the effective growth factors with a fine needle. As an established clinic, we also have the option of carrying out the treatment under sedation or with Dormicum.

Is the treatment of erectile dysfunction painful?

Experience has shown that our clients feel comfortable during the treatment and do not complain of pain. To desensitize the penis, we apply an anaesthetic cream before the injection. The effect of the anesthetic cream lasts for about 30 minutes after the treatment.

Can the G-Shot be combined with other treatments?

Men can further enhance the effect of the treatment by using a vacuum pump. This should be used twice a day for a few minutes. In addition to PRP therapy, we also offer shock wave therapy at our clinic, which can boost sexual performance.

Which centrifuge should be used to prepare the autologous blood?

As an established clinic in Zurich, we only use qualified products from renowned manufacturers. Not every centrifuge is suitable for the preparation of PRP. To ensure the repair processes, 99% of the red blood cells must be separated from the blood. A closed system also guarantees maximum safety. During your consultation, you should ask which technology is used in the relevant clinic to ensure the highest quality.

Aftercare for erectile dysfunction treatment (G-Shot)

How do I feel after erectile dysfunction treatment?

Immediately after treatment of erectile dysfunction with the G-Shot, our customers generally feel very good. There may be short-term, slight swelling or slight itching in the treatment area, which does not usually affect men. The penis may feel temporarily more sensitive, which some men even find pleasant.

When can I return to work and exercise after the G-Shot?

After receiving the G-Shot, you can usually return to work or exercise immediately. You should wait up to four hours after the treatment before engaging in sexual activity.

Is a follow-up check necessary?

A personal follow-up check at our clinic in Zurich is not necessary. However, we are interested in how you feel after the treatment and how effective the injections are for you. We will therefore arrange a telephone appointment after around eight weeks, during which you can tell us how you feel after the G-Shot.

When will the results of the treatment be noticeable?

The first effect is usually noticeable for most of our clients a few days after the injection. However, it can take several weeks for the PRP to fully develop and achieve its full effect.
