Further information
The “Secret®” system from medical company Deckert combines the advantages of microneedling and radio frequency. Tiny needles penetrate to a precisely defined skin depth and emit short pulses. One advantage of the treatment is that the penetration depth of the needles can be adjusted to within 0.1 mm.

What is micro needling?
Micro needling is a new minimally invasive treatment method that gently provides visibly and tangibly rejuvenated skin. This treatment uses the finest needles to stimulate collagen production in the skin. The effect has been scientifically proven. The costs start from CHF 400.
Secret® Micro Needling with radio frequency
Micro-needling with radio frequency is not only effective against tired, dry skin that tends to form wrinkles, but also for skin problems such as fine lines, enlarged pores, sagging skin or scars. Acne scars or scars after operations also respond very well to the treatment.
This innovative treatment method can not only improve the condition of the skin on the face, micro-needling can also be used on other parts of the body. For example, larger scars, such as burn scars, or stretch marks can also be treated gently with micro-needling.
The tiny needles penetrate the skin without leaving visible traces on its surface. A short time later, the tissue begins to regenerate and form new collagen. The amount of energy released can also be adjusted, as can the pulse duration. This means that the radio frequency micro-needling system can be used on different parts of the body as required.
The final result can be seen a few weeks or even months after the treatment, as the stimulated renewal of the tissue continues over a longer period of time.
The special feature of RF micro-needling is the intensity of the treatment: gentle RF needling tightens the skin and visibly refines scars many times better than conventional micro-needling methods such as dermarollers. One advantage of RF Micro-Needling compared to other treatment methods such as lasers is that the top layer of skin is not removed and therefore no undesirable effects such as increased UV sensitivity or pigment shifts occur.
Micro needling - treatment procedure
The treatment is painless. If desired, it is possible to numb the skin area to be treated with an anesthetic cream before the treatment.
During the treatment, a handpiece fitted with tiny needles is passed over the treated areas of skin. The micro-wounds inflicted on the skin extend into the dermis. However, they are not visible from the outside. In addition, short energy pulses are emitted into the tissue. The body’s own repair processes of the skin cells ensure the formation of new collagen and thus a renewal of the tissue.
After Secret® Micro Needling
After a radiofrequency micro-needling treatment, slight redness is to be expected on the same day. Slight swelling may also occur, but this will subside on its own within a few hours. If the needles penetrate deeper, bruising and slight crusts may also occur.
Risks & side effects
Treatment with the Secret® Radiofrequency Micro-Needling System is generally low-risk and very well tolerated. However, swelling and redness may occur for a short time. If active substances are introduced into the skin during micro-needling, intolerance may also occur in rare cases. After the treatment, you should not expose the treated area to sunlight, as this can lead to pigment shifts.
Frequently asked questions about micro needling
Who is micro needling suitable for?
Micro needling is suitable for people who already suffer from a slightly tired and tired facial expression or who are already showing the first signs of wrinkles and volume deficits. Micro needling stimulates the body’s own regeneration processes and the skin appears fresher, firmer and rejuvenated.
When are the results of micro needling visible and how long does it last?
Immediately after micro needling, our customers can see an initial effect. The skin appears more radiant and fresher. However, as the active ingredients first have to spread under the skin and stimulate the body’s own growth processes, the full effect of the treatment unfolds around six weeks after the treatment.
The results usually last for several months or even years. This is because not only are active ingredients injected into the skin, but the skin also rebuilds itself through newly formed collagen processes.
How many treatments are required for micro needling?
The number of treatments we recommend for effective micro needling depends heavily on your initial findings and your desired result. Different active ingredients can be optimally combined in several sessions and stimulate the skin to regenerate. We will be happy to discuss how many sessions make sense in your personal case in person at our prevention center.
When will I be socially acceptable after micro needling?
On the day of treatment, there may still be some temporary redness on the face, which is why most of our clients are socially acceptable again the day after micro needling.
When can I wear make-up again after micro needling?
On the day of treatment, you should avoid wearing make-up as much as possible so as not to irritate the skin further and to prevent the injection sites from becoming inflamed. You can usually wear make-up again the day after the treatment.
Is micro needling painful?
Micro needling is considered a very gentle and low-risk treatment. The injections are not usually perceived as painful, but we can prevent slight pain with a local anesthetic cream if desired.
