LaseMD™

The LaseMD™ skin care procedure is a so-called CDS program. The abbreviation CDS stands for “Cosmeceutical Delivery System” and refers to a process in which special active ingredients are introduced into the skin during application. These so-called cosmeceuticals achieve a much greater effect than conventional cosmetics, as they not only act superficially but are introduced deep into the skin. This enables the skin to absorb a high concentration of active ingredients.

The LaseMD™ program in Zurich combines selected active ingredients in ampoule form with a state-of-the-art laser system. The treatment device creates fine laser micro-channels through which the active ingredients are guided directly into the skin. The fine channels close again by themselves, while the cosmeceuticals work deep into the skin.

LaseMD™ laser treatment is suitable as a gentle anti-ageing measure, to prevent wrinkles and to generally improve the appearance of the skin. Blemishes and UV damage can be reduced, as can pigmentation spots and scars. Skin tone can also be improved through the treatment.

At the prevention center in Zurich, we use the LaseMD™ method primarily to treat the face and décolleté. However, it can also be used in other areas of the body. We would be happy to advise you personally.

With the LaseMD™ skin care program, we offer you a gentle and pain-reduced laser treatment that is gentle on the skin. You should allow around one hour for the treatment at our prevention center in Zurich. An anesthetic cream is applied before the treatment. There is hardly any downtime after the treatment, only a few fine crusts are visible two days later.

Another advantage of the LaseMD™ system is that you can continue the skin care program at home. You simply take the rest of the ampoule with you and use it to care for your skin. This allows you to further support the results of the treatment.

We use four different combinations of active ingredients for the LaseMD™ treatment in Zurich. The active ingredients are selected individually depending on the skin type, problem areas and treatment goal. All ampoules contain a minimum of different ingredients to avoid side effects and guarantee a precise effect.

VC ampoule

The VC ampoule is based on vitamin C, a highly effective natural antioxidant. The skin is rejuvenated and regenerated by strengthening the healthy collagen structures. We can also counteract skin damage caused by UV radiation.

VA ampoule

The VA ampoule contains vitamin A (retinoic acid) in concentrated form. This active ingredient promotes the rejuvenation of mature skin in a natural way, soothes acne scars and combats large pores.

TA ampoule

This ampoule contains tranexamic acid (TA), an active ingredient that has been used for decades to heal wounds. Tranexamic acid also has a welcome side effect: it has a lightening effect and is therefore also used successfully against pigmentation spots.

RS ampoule

Resveratrol is the anti-ageing booster par excellence. The RS ampoule contains the active ingredient resveratrol of the highest quality. Resveratrol has a strong antioxidant effect and protects the skin against photoaging, UV damage and even skin cancer. In the RS ampoule, we use resveratrol in combination with low-molecular hyaluronic acid.

Before your LaseMD™ treatment, you will receive a personal consultation with your skin care specialist at the prevention center in Zurich. Your practitioner will provide you with comprehensive information about the treatment and work with you to select the right ampoule.

After a short incubation of the LaseMD™ ampoule, the laser treatment takes place. This only takes a few minutes and is largely painless for you. If desired, it is possible to numb the surface of the treatment area with an anesthetic cream.

The laser device works with a magnetic tracking system, which enables very precise and fast treatment. After using the ampoules, a LaseMD™ cream or mask is applied, depending on the treatment objective, to further support the treatment result. You take the remaining ampoules home with you and can use them for skin care in the following weeks.
