How does Jawline Contouring work?
Each treatment is preceded by a detailed consultation, to which we invite you to our prevention center in Zurich. We will discuss your wishes and ideas and how these can be realized with the help of a hyaluronic acid treatment. If you opt for Jawline Contouring, we will create an individual treatment concept and determine the optimal dose of the active ingredient.
On the day of treatment, we use a fine needle and blunt cannula to inject the hyaluronic acid specifically into the relevant areas along the jawbone to line the chin. This gives your face a sharper contour and a more clearly defined profile, which is perceived as particularly attractive. Minor imperfections will also disappear by straightening the chin line, making you look fresher and younger.
After a Jawline Contouring, you are immediately fit for social life again. You can leave our clinic immediately after the treatment and go about your normal everyday activities.
What material is used for Jawline Contouring?
Hyaluronic acid is used for Jawline correction. This is a substance that also occurs naturally in the body. It supplies the skin with moisture, making it more elastic and supple. This makes it appear more radiant, fresher, younger and healthier. Practical: Hyaluronic acid can bind large amounts of water and therefore develops its effect over a longer period of time as a natural filler, which is ideal for sculpting certain areas of the face and smoothing out unevenness. The profile can be beautifully defined through targeted injections.
How long does Jawline Contouring take?
The duration of the treatment varies depending on the extent and complexity of the treatment. As a rule, Jawline Contouring at our prevention center in Zurich takes between 10 and 30 minutes.
Is Jawline Contouring associated with pain?
By using a fine needle with a blunt cannula, the treatment is virtually painless. Some customers notice a slight pulling sensation at the puncture sites.
What needs to be considered after a Jawline Contouring?
To avoid redness and swelling at the injection sites, the affected areas are cooled shortly after the treatment. Beyond this, no special aftercare is required; you are fit for social life again immediately after Jawline Contouring. However, you should refrain from sport and other physically strenuous activities for the first 1-2 days.
When will the result be visible?
The first changes are visible immediately after the treatment. The final result can then be seen after a few days. In some cases, it may be necessary to carry out a further treatment to achieve the optimum result.
How many treatments are necessary to beautify the Jawline?
This varies from person to person. For some customers, one treatment is sufficient, for others a second treatment is necessary. This should be carried out at intervals of around 4 weeks. Note: Treatment with hyaluronic acid does not achieve lasting results because the body breaks down the active ingredient over time. Regular refresher treatments are therefore necessary for long-term results. We recommend that our clients at the prevention center in Zurich repeat the treatment every year.
What risks can occur with Jawline Contouring?
Jawline contouring is considered a very safe and low-risk procedure – especially if it is carried out by proven specialists, as is the case at our prevention center in Zurich. The use of hyaluronic acid, a substance that also occurs naturally in the body, means that allergic reactions or intolerances are virtually impossible.
In rare cases, slight swelling, redness or minor bruising may occur at the puncture sites after treatment. However, these usually subside on their own within a very short time. Until then, they can be easily concealed with a little make-up.
When will I be socially acceptable again after Jawline Contouring?
You are immediately fit for social life again. This means that you can leave our prevention center immediately after the treatment, a longer stay in our clinic is not necessary. You can go about your normal everyday activities without any downtime. You should only refrain from sport and other physical exertion for 1-2 days.
How much does Jawline Contouring cost?
Depending on the initial condition and the target condition, the scope and expense of treatment and therefore the cost of treatment will vary. It is therefore not possible to give a general price.
