Most women want a fulfilling sex life. However, if the anatomical requirements for this are not met or women find their genital area unaesthetic, they cannot enjoy their sexuality.
The term intimate surgery is more than just a fad and can help women to achieve a more self-determined and pleasurable sexuality. Genital surgery is also a much broader field than
labia reduction and augmentation
. At the prevention center, we not only perform procedures such as G-spot intensification and mons veneris correction, which improve function and aesthetics, but also hymen reconstructions, in which the hymen is restored.
A trusting relationship between doctor and client is particularly important for intimate surgery. We take the time to answer all your questions about intimate surgery during an extensive consultation.

G-spot intensification
The G-spot is located around four to five centimetres behind the vaginal entrance on the front wall of the vagina in the immediate vicinity of the urethra. It is associated with increased pleasure and more intense orgasms. Many women report experiencing more pleasurable climaxes with vaginal stimulation than with clitoral stimulation.
How does G-spot intensification work?
During G-spot intensification, this particularly erogenous area, which is about the size of a coin, is injected with hyaluronic acid or autologous fat so that the volume is approximately doubled. The more pronounced protrusion after treatment means that the G-spot can become more aroused during sexual intercourse or other forms of stimulation. In around 70 percent of women treated, the treatment increases the sensation of pleasure and the ability to orgasm. However, an improvement in sexual sensation cannot be guaranteed, as sexuality is determined individually by both physical and psychological factors.
After the operation
While the results of an injection with hyaluronic acid last for around six months and are particularly suitable for testing the effect of G-spot intensification, an injection of autologous fat leads to a permanent result. Both treatments are performed on an outpatient basis and under local anesthetic. The small stitches heal quickly and generally do not interfere with everyday life. Sexual intercourse and sporting activities that cause friction in the genital area (horse riding, cycling or jogging) should be avoided for two weeks after the injection.
Venus mound correction
Many women find an excess of body fat on the mons veneris unaesthetic or are even ashamed to show themselves naked to their partner. A very pronounced mons veneris can not only be perceived as disturbing when going to the sauna, but in some cases can even be seen under body-hugging clothing. With the help of liposuction, the appearance of the mons veneris can be significantly improved and brought into harmony with the entire body.
How does a mons veneris correction work?
During mons veneris correction, excess body fat is gently reduced. Before the procedure, the areas where fat is to be removed are marked to ensure an aesthetically pleasing result. The liposuction itself is performed under local anesthesia or a short twilight sleep through tiny, barely visible incisions through which special, thin cannulas are inserted into the subcutaneous fatty tissue. After liposuction, the small incisions are sutured and a tight bandage is applied to support the result and counteract any swelling.
After the operation
Mild pain may occur in the days following the mons veneris correction. In order to facilitate an optimal healing process, women should not engage in any physically strenuous activities or sport in the first few days after the operation. Bruising, redness and swelling will subside on their own within a few days. The full result can be seen around three months after the procedure.
Restoration of the hymen
Virginity in young women is highly valued in traditional societies, especially in Muslim countries. As a result, young women whose hymen is no longer intact wish to have it reconstructed. This operation is often performed before a planned wedding. The hymen is a thin membrane at the vaginal opening that varies in shape and size from woman to woman. In most cases, the hymen is destroyed during the first sexual intercourse, but mechanical stress during sport or accidents can also cause the hymen to tear.
Hymen reconstruction surgery is a less complex and generally less painful procedure.
How does the restoration of the hymen work?
The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia or with a short twilight sleep and takes around 60 to 90 minutes. The remaining tissue of the hymen is reconstructed with the help of self-dissolving sutures. If incisions are necessary during the procedure, these are sometimes performed with a type of laser scalpel, which allows the surgeon to work with particular precision.
After the operation
The hymen is usually completely healed two to three weeks after the operation. If the operation has been carried out professionally, even an experienced examiner will usually no longer be able to tell that an operation has taken place at all. The reconstructed hymen lasts for about one to two years after the operation. It tears during sexual intercourse in the same way as the natural hymen with a small amount of bleeding.
Frequently asked questions about intimate surgery
Who is intimate surgery suitable for?
An intimate surgery treatment is suitable for clients who find their pubic area unaesthetic and therefore feel uncomfortable in their body and during sexual intercourse. However, sexual sensation can also be enhanced by G-spot injections, for example.
Can several intimate surgery procedures be combined?
If the client wishes to have several intimate surgery procedures, we can usually combine them in one treatment at our clinic.
When will I be socially acceptable after the procedure?
After a G-spot injection, women are usually able to socialize again immediately. You should only take a few days off after a mons veneris correction or hymen reconstruction and take it easy physically until the treatment area has healed.
What complications can occur during intimate surgery?
Intimate surgery is usually not associated with any serious risks and is carried out professionally and precisely in our clinic. If the client then takes care of the aftercare conscientiously, the treatment area should heal quickly and without any problems. In some cases, however, short-term swelling, redness and bruising may occur after the treatment. However, these will subside after a few days. If there is slight pain in the genital area after the treatment, this can be counteracted with conventional pain medication.
