Your tasks:
- Independent and responsible instrumentation and assistance during surgical procedures
- Shared responsibility for patient safety in the operating room
- Preparation and post-processing of the operating theater, including material control and equipment preparation
- Close cooperation with the medical team as well as with the anesthesia and nursing departments
- Active participation in compliance with and further development of hygiene standards
- Co-design and optimization of internal processes in the OR area
- Careful documentation and compliance with legal regulations
Your profile:
- Completed training as a specialist in surgical technology HF or equivalent recognition in Switzerland
- Professional experience in the operating theater, ideally in the field of plastic, reconstructive or aesthetic surgery (an advantage, but not a must)
- High level of personal responsibility, diligence and resilience
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment
- Well-groomed appearance and professional communication
- Fluency in German, good knowledge of English an advantage
