For our center for aesthetic and plastic surgery with additional services in cosmetics and laser medicine, we are looking for a dedicated doctor (med. pract. or specialist) with an interest in aesthetic medicine.

Doctor of Aesthetic Medicine

Your tasks:

The main tasks include in particular

• Expert advice and support for our patients on aesthetic treatments
• Performing minimally invasive procedures (e.g. Botox and filler injections, PRP therapy, laser treatments)
• Creation and monitoring of individual treatment plans
• Ensuring patient safety and compliance with medical standards
• Participation in internal further education and training
• Documentation and maintenance of patient data in accordance with data protection guidelines
• Close cooperation with the team to ensure optimal patient care
• Professional leadership and motivation of the team in the field of aesthetic medicine
• Organization and management of team meetings, incl. efficient exchange of information
• Support and induction of new team members and their further development
• Quality control and compliance with internal standards and processes

Secondary tasks:

• Collaboration in the development of new treatment concepts and services
• Participation in marketing and PR activities (e.g. events, social media)
• Care and control of medical equipment in collaboration with the technical team

What you bring with you:

• Possibility to apply for an independent professional license
• Strong customer orientation, sense of responsibility and commitment
• Ideally experience in aesthetic medicine (not mandatory)
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• High level of social skills and empathy in dealing with patients
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
