For our Center for Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery in Zurich, with additional treatments in the fields of cosmetics and laser medicine, we are looking for an independent, motivated and customer-oriented person to join our team with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Your main tasks:
- Efficient coordination of consultation hours
- Work at reception, including making appointments and customer service (telephone/e-mail)
- Maintenance and updating of customer data and complete documentation in the customer file
- Scanning and filing of medical documents
- Supporting the doctor during post-operative follow-up checks (e.g. suture removal)
- Assistance with breast consultations
- Implementation of hyperbaric oxygen therapy incl. medical history and initial consultation
- Carrying out blood samples
- Compliance with and monitoring of internal processes and quality standards

- Fluency in German and English rounds off your profile.
- A basic understanding of medical procedures is desirable or you are willing to acquire it.
